Barbara Dibble

Barbara Dibble was born in New Haven, Connecticut. She attended Marymount College in Tarrytown, New York and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English there.

In California, she earned a teacher's credential. Barbara has taught English in California in the elementary, high school and community college level.

Barbara received her law degree from The Law Center of the University of Southern California. She participated in the Honors Moot Court Program and won an American Jurisprudence Award in Pre-Trial Advocacy.

For the past twelve years, she has worked exclusively in the field of health care law, representing medical doctors, chiropractors, various allied health professionals, and professional corporations.

Ms. Dibble also practices in federal and state regulatory compliance issues, including the formation and operation of ambulatory surgical centers and MRI facilities; compliance analyses of physician investments and other business transactions involving health care professionals; and providing compliance advice to health care professionals with respect to a wide array of practice management issues.
